A woman sees a beautiful parrot in a pet store on sale for just ten dollars.

"Why is this parrot so cheap?" she asked, admiring the beautiful bird.

"Well," the shopkeeper said, "it used to live in a brothel."

That didn't bother the woman, and she quickly bought the bird and took him home.

"This is a strange brothel!" the bird said when they arrived.

The woman's two little dogs trotted up to greet their new friend, tails wagging.

"Those are strange looking prostitutes!" the bird said.

Then the woman's husband came home from work, tired, hungry, and quite surprised to see the bird.

"Oh hi, Pete" the bird said, "haven't seen you in weeks!"
